Infor Senior Financial Consultant

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable experience.

Proven experience as a Financial Consultant, specifically working with Infor financial management software.

Strong expertise in financial systems and processes,including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting,and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Infor financial management software (such as Infor CloudSuite Financials) and related modules.

Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles,practices, and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial scenarios and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and convey information effectively.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Duties:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and financial processes, and provide expert advice on leveraging Infor financial management software.

Conduct thorough assessments of client's existing financial systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.

Configure Infor financial modules to align with client's business needs and requirements.

Conduct data mapping and migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of financial data to the Infor system.

Provide training and guidance to client's finance team on using Infor financial modules effectively.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Infor financial modules during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in Infor financial management software, and provide recommendations for enhancements or upgrades to clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation of Infor financial solutions.

Engaging with clients to understand their financial challenges and requirements.
