Allan Zoutendyk is the Managing Director at ClearSky Consulting.  With a career spanning over 25 years in Human Capital Management and Information Technology, Allan’s experience in global project management and leading digital transformation programs has made him a trusted advisor to our clients across a variety of industry sectors.  

At groupelephant.com, he works directly with our clients on the deployment of their HCM and Financial technology solutions, providing strategic advisory consulting, project implementation management and delivery while leading a large consulting practice.

Allan has held various leadership positions over his career in operational HR functions, shared service centers, and transformation programs.

Casey Kelley is a highly experienced Senior Director at ClearSky Consulting with over 25 years of global consulting experience in Human Capital Management. She specializes in managing all phases of a project including implementation, system functional design, upgrades, training, and business calibration. Casey is passionate about helping organizations optimize their strategic goals by utilizing Infor’s features and functionality through design and process improvements.

Casey began her career as an associate analyst and rapidly ascended the ranks to become one of the top solution architects at Infor. She worked closely with product management on enhancements and collaborated with sales and support teams to provide exceptional customer service and strategic deployment of the Infor solutions. Her extensive industry expertise and leadership skills enable her to provide clear guidance to clients while ensuring successful outcomes.

Karen Evans is a Senior Client Partner at ClearSky Consulting with over 20 years of Human Capital Management experience across multiple industries.  She has served as a strategic leader and business partner to develop the end-to-end employee experience while guiding clients on their digital transformation.  Karen is an accomplished change agent and trusted advisor, with a demonstrated history of leading people strategies. Her experience ranges from managing portfolios of HCM applications and influencing outcomes, to delivering consistent and proven results in support of strategic direction. She is focused on fostering client relationships built on commitment and integrity to solve complex business challenges. Karen works directly with ClearSky clients to grow and transform their HCM footprint to optimize their Infor investment.

Nancy has been in the Infor Lawson arena for over 15 years, leading large and small projects including v9, v10, GHR, M&As, and cloud migration projects. Sheled ERP Lawson technical teams responsible for day-to-day support and implementation of business process improvements leveraging Infor Process Automation, Landmark, and Interfaces/Integrations.

Prior to her work with Infor Lawson, Nancy focused on IT process implementations including their supporting toolsets.  Sheis ITIL certified and has implemented IT Service Management, Change Management,Configuration Management, setup Project Management Offices, and rolled out Software Development processes to organizations.

As a seasoned project management professional with a history of full life-cycle implementation, Nancy most enjoys combining technology solutions and business process streamlining to improve customer outcomes.

Working with both the Human Capital Management Suite and Financials Suite, she specializes in thought leadership on the latest industry trends to help ClearSky customers meet their organizational goals. Sophie is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her clients, and she attributes her success to her ability to listen to customers.
